Current position：
1. Busniess Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Secure new accounts and build good rapport with existing customers;
· Introduce HIT offers and explore new business opportunities with new customers;
· Act as HIT focal to collaborate with other Line of Business sales team or person;
· Setup new customer database, timely update new business- related database and reports;
· Set up a reliable market survey to understand market trend, competition and customers requirements;
· Responsible for the efficiency of the offering and for its marketing plan;
· Making, monitoring and delivering its marketing budget on monthly basis;
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above;
· 5-8 years of working experience in global shipping or logistics industry
· Working knowledge on all the international trade terms
· Good analytical and presentation skill
· Good communication & negotiation skill
· Good Team spirit;
· Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin both written and oral entailing cross cultural interpersonal and communication skills
2. Shipping Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate transportation efforts for all Air Cargo / Less than Container Load / Full Container Load requirements;
· Monitor shipments to ensure arrival at the required destinations on time
· Create Internal Advance Ship Notice for non - system integrated suppliers
· Coordinate efforts with service providers to develop performance monitoring tools
· Manage the relationships between origin, destination and the logistics service provider for these programs
· Manage logistics reporting to include: spreadsheets, System input, and other external systems as needed.
· Create and maintain the SOP (Standard Operation procedure) for all the logistics operation activities, and follow through the SOP for daily operation
· Contribution to departmental Balanced Scorecard metric definitions, targets and reporting
Requirements:
· College graduate or above in any discipline
· 3-4 years of working experience in global shipping or logistics industry
· Working knowledge on all the international trad terms
· Good analytical and presentation skill
